Actually anybody. I have programs for families with children and as well longer and more difficult hking tour programs for experienced hikers

What do I need?

Do not forget about water. Usually there are no way to refill our bottles. So have enough water with you for a whole day. Do do not forget:

• Water and some snacks
• Good hiking shoes
• Sunscream
• Waterproof jacket in case of rain or wind
